Mission

Our mission is to help you be successful and efficient, by working in collaboration with your key team people to implement, maintain and to continuously improve your MFP10™ System. The MFP10™ is a manufacturing and quality software system for small to medium size medical device companies that need to be organized, traceable, compliant, and in control.

MMC Software, LLC

MMC began consulting for the Medical Device industry in 1991 and has been building relational databases since 1996. In 1997, MMC released the first version of ManufactPro™, an integrated documents, materials and production database product. Today, we focus on supporting, customizing and improving the ManufactPro product. We also consult and build custom solutions to solve information problems for many of our clients. Our clients range from 5 person startups to divisions of Fortune 100 companies.

MMC Software, LLC is the firm that has created and supports the ManufactPro™ product and numerous custom data solutions. We specialize in quickly building solutions for companies regulated by the FDA and for ISO compliant certification. We are a FileMaker Business Alliance Member.

Ted Fehlhaber

Ted is the architect of the ManufactPro and owner of MMC. He has a BSME from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. He worked as a manufacturing engineer in electronics and medical devices before starting MMC in 1991. He has experience with product and software validations. GMP’s, Design Controls and ISO 9000 requirements. He is a FileMaker Business Alliance member.

David Wilkins

David has been in Operations since 1978, in a career that’s reached multiple industries: aerospace and defense, capital equipment (wafer manufacturing and test equipment), and medical device. He’s had roles in all aspects of Operations, including 7 years as a VP of Operations. He began consulting in 2008, primarily focusing on early to middle stage medical device companies. David specializes in supply chain optimization, ERP implementation and validation, and product transfers. He is on the board for the greater San Jose Chapter of APICS/ASCM. He earned his BA in Management at Saint Mary’s College.
