The Quality Assurance module tracks quality systems events for Non-conformances, corrective actions, deviations, returned materials and complaints.

The quality databases create and track the paper quality record which require signatures for approval. Metrics for each form can be easily captured, tracked and reported to management.

The Equipment module makes keeping track of calibration and preventive maintenance easy and efficient. This section helps keep you in compliance with the ISO 9001 quality standards by storing and documenting all your calibration records and preventive maintenance procedures.

ManuFact Pro uses the concepts of sets and work orders. Each piece of equipment can have a set of scheduled work associated with it. Each set item will generate a work order when it is due. Use the 'New Work Order' button for to generate one-time only work orders such as repairs or unscheduled maintenance.

ManuFact Pro is designed to print out paper work orders and reports. These are intended to be the original record of PMs or calibration for ISO, FDA or other audit purposes.
